Veinte años después del terremoto y tsunami que causó más de 228.000 muertos y afectó a 14 países, el Océano Índico y el resto del mundo están mejor preparados para este tipo de catástrofes, pero siempre habrá margen para la mejora y nunca se puede dar por terminada la labor, alerta el jefe de la ONU para la prevención de desastres.
